Overview

Amanah Home ("the App") is a rental trust platform for Dubai tenants, owners and agents. This policy explains what data the App handles.

Data stored on your device only

All data you enter in the App — your name, email, phone number, lease details, RERA check history, repair records, move-in condition reports, checklists and photos — is stored locally on your device. The App has no server and does not transmit this data anywhere.

Photos and camera

The App requests camera and photo library access only to let you attach photos to repair records and move-in condition reports. Photos are stored on your device and are never uploaded.

Data we collect

None. The App does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking.

Data sharing

The App includes optional "Share" features (e.g. sharing a RERA check result or condition report). Sharing only happens when you explicitly tap Share, and uses your device's standard share sheet. You choose who receives the content.

Data deletion

You can erase all App data at any time via "Reset account" in the Score tab, or by uninstalling the App.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly handle their data.

Changes

If a future version adds online features, this policy will be updated before release.
